“Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord.”

Ephesians 5:22

Wives being subject to their husbands is not popular today, but it is still right.  It is right because that is how God has always said it should be, going all the way back to the first husband and wife.  And why is that?  God didn’t have to give a reason, but He gave us two: “For it was Adam who was first created, and then Eve.  And it was not Adam who was deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression.” (1 Tim. 2:13-14).

Let the world continue to protest the thought of a wife submitting to her husband, but it will never change God’s word.
