“God is not a God of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints.”

1 Corinthians 14:33

The church in Corinth was experiencing confusion, with everyone wanting to show off his spiritual gift at the same time.  Paul wrote to tell them that was not how God designed the church to be, not only there but in all churches.  That is not how He is.  Instead, His way is one of peace.

“God has called us to peace” (7:15), so let’s act like Him by culling confusion and pursuing peace.
