“having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross.”

Colossians 2:14

The handwriting of requirements, the old law, was contrary to us in that it condemned but could not save.  When Jesus was nailed to the cross to save us, so was the law that couldn’t.  Praise be to God!
